Company KOMUTEX, spol. s r. o. was founded in 1992 by splitting off the commutator manufacturing division from concern

Elektro-Praga Hlinsko which had almost half century long manufacturing tradition.

In 2005 KOMUTEX, spol. s r.o. became an owner of the former company Innel Bystřice nad Pernštejnem, specialist in the production

of electric motors. Range of production was expanded and included manufacturing of various commutator motors for use in kitchen

appliances, garden equipment, hand and power tools for the automotive industry.

In 2011 we opened a new production plant in Jakartovice near Opava where is realized manufacturing of semifinished fluid connectors.

In 2016 was sold the plant in Bystřice nad Pernštejnem so the production of commutator motors was abandoned and the commutator production in Vortova was terminated.

In 2017 the production of shafts in Vortová was terminated and replaced by the production of hydraulic fittings.

Today is KOMUTEX spol. s r. o. specializing in the production of fluid connectors and metalworking on multi-spindle automatic

machines and CNC turning centres. Modernization of machinery, measuring equipment and degreasing machine was realized

with the support of the European Regional Development Fund.

KOMUTEX spol. s r. o. is owned by sole owner, company LIECHTEX Establishment.
